Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank or the type of credit card used for payment. In any case, the value date of the amount credited will be the same as that of the debit.
In the event of failure to indicate a specific delivery period, delivery will take place, in any case, within thirty days from the day after the order is placed.
The products ordered will be sent to the postal address specified by the user on the order form.
Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, the user will be sent an e-mail confirming the shipment.
Delivery is completed when the product is made available to the user at the delivery address specified on the order form. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier shall make up to 3 attempts during business hours, then leave a card to certify the delivery attempt. The postcard will contain contact details for the courier and an appointment for delivery within the next 5 days. After 5 days, Customer Service will send an e-mail to the user to agree a new delivery date. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchased product will be sent back to Campante & Abreu, with the warning that, after 30 days from the date the product was sent back to Campante & Abreu, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled.
Once the contract has been resolved, Campante & Abreu will proceed to refund the total amount paid by the user, after deducting the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the product as well as the costs of returning it to Campante & Abreu and the storage costs. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the user by e-mail.
The amount of the refund will be credited to the means of payment used by the user for the purchase.
If, before the 30 days have elapsed, the user asks to receive the purchased product again, Campante & Abreu will proceed with the new delivery, charging, in addition to the costs of the same, the costs of returning the product to Campante & Abreu and the costs of storage.
If the purchased product is not delivered or is delivered late, the user may complain to Customer Service by e-mail at customer_care@campante.pt.
Campante & Abreu will examine the complaint and, if the non-delivery or delay in delivery is attributable to Campante & Abreu and is not due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure or in any case circumstances beyond the control of Campante & Abreu, without prejudice to the user’s right to use the ordinary means of protection available to him/her under the law, Campante & Abreu will refund the total amount paid by the user – consisting of the purchase price and any other additional cost – immediately, and in any case within thirty days from the day the user is notified of the outcome of the complaint.
In all of the above cases, the amount of the refund will be communicated to the user by e-mail and credited to the same means of payment used by the user for the purchase. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank or the type of credit card used for payment. In any case, the value date of the amount credited shall be the same as that of the debit;
It is up to the user to check the condition of the product delivered. In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the user must promptly notify Customer Service by e-mail at the address indicated in the introduction.
Users who have purchased products through the Site have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Campante & Abreu without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The products, therefore, must not have been damaged or altered and may be returned only with the identification tag and/or labels and/or disposable seal, if any, are still attached to the products intact and not tampered with.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale concerns products made through special order, tailor made, by measure or personalized or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
